I’m Susan Lynn, and I get it.
I had my first Bipolar II episode more than 40 years ago. Despite depression, mood swings, confusion, and isolation, I have been exploring how to live happily with a mood disorder ever since.
Along the way, I developed a personal coping strategy that is accessible, flexible, and effective. Connecting with a community of people who also live with mood disorders has been the capstone of my journey.
Now I help smooth the way and shorten the timeline for people who feel limited by their diagnosis. I love helping tailor an approach that works for each individual. They discover, as I did, that a mood disorder doesn’t prevent them from living a satisfying life on their terms.
